Have you always wondered what it's like to breathe underwater? If you want to try scuba diving, but are not yet ready to embark on a certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is for you. PADI Marina Blue Haiti offers this program in a swimming pool or on a beach. Although not a diving certification course, Discover Scuba Diving is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world.
To register for a PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience, you must be at least 10 years old. No previous experience in scuba diving is necessary, but you must be in good physical health.
What will you learn?
You will learn the basic safety instructions and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI professional. If you are diving in open water, you will practice some extra skills in shallow water to prepare for your adventure.
How can you start learning now?
Contact your local PADI center or dive center to sign up for a Discover Scuba Diving program and get a Discover Scuba Diving Participant Guide. Your participant's guide explains the experience and allows you to study in advance the safety rules and skill techniques that your dive professional will review with you. You will also learn about the possibilities of being part of the diving community after completing your underwater experience.
